Yes — every plan comes with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. You can set up Recply, connect your number, and start answering calls before you pay a cent. If it's not for you, just cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged.

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle so you keep access to your current features until then.

Any inbound call that your Recply agent answers counts toward your monthly limit. Calls that ring but don't connect (hang-ups before the agent picks up) don't count. On the Pro and Business plans, calls are unlimited — no surprises at the end of the month.

No. You can forward your existing business number to Recply in a couple of minutes — most carriers let you do this directly from your phone settings. Your number stays yours. If you prefer a separate number, we can provision one for you as well.

POS and CRM integrations are available on the Business plan. We currently support Square, Toast, and direct webhook integrations for custom setups. We're adding more integrations regularly — if you need a specific system, reach out and we'll let you know what's on the roadmap.

On the Starter plan (100 calls/month), if you go over your limit we'll notify you and give you the option to upgrade to Pro for unlimited calls. Your agent won't suddenly stop answering mid-month — we'll always give you a heads-up first so you're never caught off guard.
